Luciana Lavarreda

Luciana is a third year majoring in industrial engineering. In her current role at NCLG, she develops and organizes weekly Professional Development sessions for members, which reinforce necessary tools and skills for client engagements and future career opportunities. Before she was Vice President of Learning & Development, Luciana worked as an associate for Collins Aerospace, an aerospace and defense company, and as an engagement manager for Astroventure, a Penn State faculty member's business.
